    Default One minor clarification...

    One thing this rep forgot to clarify is that our FMS (foreign military sales) involve either line of credits for purchase of new or used US military equipment or transfer of used or obsolete military equipment.

    It gets even better, when we sale used f-16 to Poland in exchange of their fleet of surplus MIL helo, that we then resale to Iraq.

    It's a murky market, where some US companies are making a lot of money, but then they keep their employee busy and tax flowing....
