I hate this too. It is because we have had several generations of people raised in a "Nanny State" system of government.

Kids need interaction with their parents. More families should go out to the range shooting and spending time together.

There are plenty of characters available for use for a reason. Use them. It's pretty difficult to convey your entire thought in the thread title but at least get the subject in there for crying out loud. We're talking 7th grade English here sports fan.
