So is it broke or are the new owners (RMGO) revamping things?

Modern liberalism is based on the idea that reality is obligated to conform to one's beliefs because; "I have the right to believe whatever I want".
"Everything the State says is a lie, and everything it has it has stolen.

"Every time something really bad happens, people cry out for safety, and the government answers by taking rights away from good people."

New owners? That would be great.
The old owners/members
(not all, there were some good ones)
for the most part, ran it into the ground.
I would like to see it up and going again,
unless the same bunch is running things.
Could be a good site. But it gets very little traffic.

Looks like they are having DB problems. A while back cologunmarket.com was plagued by the same problem. Maybe they are upgrading.
After the new owners took over and laid down rules about what they would and wouldn't allow (basically the idea was that so long as you were positive about their new sponsors you were OK, but anything which might be construed as negative for their sponsors, their sponsor's interests, or their sponsor's opinions would provoke a banning from the forum--the problem being that there was no way in advance to know what might provoke the sponsors) and then started to heavy-handedly ban people, I gave up my membership. I got the impression that many others did as well. There was never alot of participation but because the subject was more specifically Colorado and concealed carry topics, it had its niche.
