    Default F*cking Theives

My wife's co-worker stole her wallet out of her purse that was in her desk yesterday. Found out that my wife paid for someone's shopping spree at walmart while I paid for grocerys at two different places as well as paying gas for three different vehicles! Gotta love these bastards. Now I'm heading to Jeffco with my wife to report her stolen CCW. FML

That sucks. At least the cc company will cover it. Hopefully the bastage gets caught and loses his/her job

Is there a large pool of people to find a suspect from, at her work? Or a narrow few? Might help with the search. Also anyone who shows up with new stuff. Can Jeffco do anything about tracking video surveillance at those areas and get a description of the person?

Had the same thing happen some years ago to my wife at the place both of us worked at--and at a secured government facility no less! It happened in a part of the building where only employees could access...and everyone of them had gone through a federal screening before hiring. It can happen anywhere and anytime. The only absolute prevention is to be sure that purse and valuables are secured.

Small group to choose from. I've had all cards blocked but seems like the cards were handed out to several people as purchases were being made all over the grid. Also, her work CC were used. I'm going to walmart and gas stations to talk with managers about video survailence.

Sorry to hear this man, same thing happened to me. Hate to say it, but don't expect the police to give a flying shit about it, they don't care. "We don't have the resources" is all they'd do for me, and I know exactly who did it. "Can you prove it? Do you have video? Sorry, we can't help you".

Use the work CC charges to your advantage. Can you get with her superiors and work with them on this?
The fact of a corporate card involved adds a dimension that may work in your favor.

Good job about being your own PI. Cops just don't do the same job as you, mainly because it wasn't their stuff stolen.

Keep us updated, hope the bastards get caught.

This is exactly why I'm doing my own investigation today. I'm sitting at the bank right now getting detailed info on all these transactions and where they were made so I can talk to the managers at these places.

I highly doubt her boss will help, he's a piece of shit who loves to hire dirty illegals that have felonys.
