I ran a search here looking for input on the Springer Champion Loaded 4". There doesn't seem to be much about the gun other than a few for sale. I was wondering if there is a problem with them I should know about? I have one that I have run about 500 rounds threw. I mainly got mine to shoot bowling pins with. I reload and have run 450 rounds of 230 gr. SWC with 6.1 gr Pwr. Pistol and have yet to have ANY kind of malfunction. Other than that load does rock your world. Also I have fired 50 rounds of Remington HD 230 gr. BJHP and still it ran flawlessly. It is extremely accurate, more so than I can shoot it. This must sound like a review but again I am just wondering why not much is or has been written about this gun. Sooo, if you have one, or have had one, jump in here and share your likes or dislikes. I like and trust mine enough now that I am going to use it as my CCW. There is however one problem I have found. I have a Bianchi thumb break holster I have used with a few of my other 1911's and I can't use it with this Springfield. The safety lever is extended and when I snap the straps it will pull the lever down. (not good) I was going to sell the holster and just get an open top to carry it but a few here have pointed out to me to just cut the straps off. End of problem.
Thanks for any input you offer on this 45.

I put the original stocks (grips) back on as I am carrying it every day now.
