    I'm not sure how I feel about this. I don't think I'm going to celebrate, as the taking of a life, regardless of necessity, is no cause for joy for me. I am relieved that he is no longer a threat, but I am seriously concerned that all of this celebration will only serve to martyr him, and serve as a springboard for even more egregious acts of violence from Al Q'aeda and similar extremist groups. The best course of action would have been to remove him quietly, and let his legacy be one of obscurity.

    Just remember all of the Nazi war criminals that were "killed", only to turn up 30 years later in Argentina...

    +1 for not jumping on the possibly premature celebratory band wagon (I didn't know that they supposedly "buried his body at sea"). And +1 for rational thinking apart from 'America fuck yeah!'

    That being said, if they "buried his body at sea" I'm throwin' the ol' bullshit flag on this issue again.

    Once again I ask "what's really going on here?"

    The administration is debating whether to bury his body in the sea and put as much effort in accordance to Islamic Practice. I would say that means...

    1. Rip his clothes apart and drag his body on the streets of Mogadishu;
    2. Burn his body and hang the charred remain on the bridge of Fallujah..

    Just per Islamic practice!
