Yep. I didn?t call anyone out by name. Merely suggested (as do most important health officials) that people with pre-existing medical conditions were the most prone to getting killed by the virus.


Also, for the record, BMB seems way cookier here than in real life. I?ve met him at least two or three times and he seems like a very down to earth person if not just a little quirky.

Also, for the record, if anyone carries on relentlessly about just about any subject for long enough and I can find a sharp stick nearby I?ll likely try and poke that person in their eye. You know.... just for fun.

This morning I put up a hummingbird feeder at our Palisade farm. At 2:15 p.m., we had our first visit by an adult female Broad-tailed Hummingbird.

On Friday, a friend heard a hummingbird flyover in Louisville so I put a feeder up at the cabin. We had to bring it in at night because of the freezing temps but a hummer could arrive any time now. There have been a handful of reports around the state now.
