Over 12 years of crap I had to take from Eastlake 80614 post office staff, today was the day that straw broke camels back.
I got so unhappy that I called people higher up. I told em what the hell happened just this week and minor details of what major crap happed there in past 12 years.

After 20 minutes later, postmaster (head of 80614) called. I was kinda shocked the postmaster would call that early.

Talked to the branch boss and lash the crap that I had to deal with for past 12 years. I also told em that I go there often.

This is very fking reason I drive all the way to northglenn (80233) or Broomfield (80020) to drop off of packages.
I even told her that they ever read google or Yelp reviews.
    It is repetitive same complaints.

Due to stay home crap, I try to reduce unnecessary driving, but I will be avoiding this eastlake post office, unless it is absolutely necessary.

I drove over to Sam's this morning and it was practically drizzling when I left. I came out of the store into a blizzard. I wasn't expecting that.

I got an email the other day with an appointment reminder for my eye exam. In Quincy, IL.

LOL. I start working on an email to the provider and then see the "unsubscribe" link in the email.

Takes me right there with no validation. I changed the email address to the provider (haha on that loop) and then see the actual recipient's HOME ADDRESS for postcard contact. Doh!

Finished the email and informed them they need to report that HIPAA violation and asked if I should send a postcard to "address redacted" to let them know of their upcoming appointment.

Uh-oh. They have your address now, you know. What's the complaint? Did they make you stand in line while they dilly-dally? That's official post office protocol for big city post offices.

Thankfully, small rural post offices are much more customer friendly.

I?ve struggled to get anything accomplished at those types of post offices. Seems they keep odd hours compared to the ones in the big cities. They do weird things like closing during lunch hours or shutting down at four pm.

Thankfully I?ve figured out I can do a lot of stuff at the little kiosk in my local post office 24/7 and don?t need to actually deal with a postal worker.

I remember showing up at the post office with the company mail meter to get more postage. You could see the contest begin as to who could work the slowest behind the counter. Nobody wanted to deal with it.

    Sometimes too customer friendly.

If there's a line, stop the damn chit-chat and move along (customer)!
