Who flipped the summer switch? I know Mother's Day is the usual end to the freezes, but I'm wondering if we aren't already done? We'll jump right into hail season?
turned the ac on this afternoon. 84 in the house is a tad warm. BUT according to the experts, it can reduce the infection rate of the cv-19. Or was it increase it?

Cranked ours on a couple days ago (wife insisted), it was 85 in the house. Im absolutely delighted by this weather, was 85 by 9am the other day and I went for a bicycle ride quite comfortably, was grilling steaks in 97 on Sunday.

Speaking of ac, our next door neighbor turn on the ac all year when it reaches >60f 24/7/365.25. Their ac system is loud and can hear it.

Right now it is 54f and it will probably run starting at about 10;30am.

They must lived in artic prior.

Are they in a multi-story home that gets a lot of sunlight?

Another option could be that their system is just messed up.

We're really not inside much, till after 3 p.m. , by then 80+ inside is a tad warm. About an hour after the sun goes down, it starts cooling off.

As for temps in your area. Just wait till they start issuing High Heat Warnings.

I'm curious how the hell can anyone say . Boy it's really hot. once it goes from 110 to 113. All of a sudden it's a A HIGH HEAT WARNING.. ?

Finally got the tree planting finished. Lucked out, forgot that we decided last fall that 90 trees was more than we wanted to deal with at one time, only had to plant 50.
