I knew many people in several state who gray legally flip many cars this way. (Self, wife,kid1, kid2, kid3, kid4, cousin1, cousin2, etc...)

Las time I've checked, all used vehicle had to do emission testing, but I saw this.
So, if someone for an example bought 2015-2020 used car and live in big city, are they exempt from doing emission?

I'm embarrassed to say that tonight I heard gunshots, directly in front of my house, and mistook them for fireworks. It was a .45 ACP, so no super sonic crack.
