    There was a fireworks committee a few years ago that is responsible. I was invited to be a part of such committee, but declined because I knew it was going to be full of idiots pushing the city to waste money. Looks like I was right.

    I still have the $500 fine sign some where at home. They were giving those out 4 years ago per visitor to rec center and any other city facilities.
