Eh. It has to get colder than this and stay cold for a while before the sprinkler system becomes an issue.

I did turn mine off but I?ll probably wait until I have time to get it blown out properly.

Yeah, I've had surprise snaps down to maybe 24 degrees and still didn't have any freezing issues. There's too little water in the upper part of sprinklers to be a concern there. The deeper parts need cold+duration.

And ray probably has to wait until after 5pm to get it properly blown. It's a busy time of year.

Had OBC's and our elecrtician out yesterday. Rana line in to the water heater area. Now to remove the pipe insulation, wrap the pipes with heat tape, then reapply the pipe insulation. Have 2 or 3 vehicles in line to throw on the lift for servicing. YEAH! mini splits and insulated shops!

For thise heat tapes that do not have thermostats, I use Kasa smart plugs, paired with IFTTT to switch em on and off using local weather data.
I got tired of forgetting one way or another, and the line freezing up before I noticed or it being July and noticing them still plugged in.

Only use the ones with thermostats.

Yeah, he's a solid guy and the kid helping him is pretty cool too.

The shit they give each other reminds me of the fun we had at work a few years ago.

Speaking of which...when I was still working at that job I think I was considered upper middle class.

Now that I haven't been for a while, what is the appropriate term that is socially acceptable?

Mid to upper level Low Class? ....or just plain Low Class because I'm not working? I just want to fit into my correct group and know what it is.
