Possibly an early monsoon season down here. Which is so nice... knowing while it's cloudy. It becomes an east coast, hot & humid time of year. The up side to rain, down here is. All those weed, foxtails & goat heads that withered. WIll come back with a vengeance.

Our mountain homes have water from an underground spring and each house draws from a pipe using a shallow well pump and pressure tank to service the house. Today I finished plumbing an upgraded dual filter UV sterilizer system for the cabin. It's all working fine. Soon, I'll complete the several service lines from 1/2 inch to 3/4" pipe and add another exterior hydrant. Some years ago I built one like this for the house next door. It's solidly reliable. But the new one has two inline filters and is more compact for installation in the crawl space. No water bill, just the pump electric service and occasional maintenance.

Amateur plumber having fun being creative. Seems I'm always doing farm irrigation and home plumbing work. Not that I really enjoy it but I rarely hire a plumber or HVAC specialist. Next project is a secondary jet pump and rain bird system on the roof peaks for fire control.

It's a damn shame that I don't write down the funny shit I come up with, because in a couple of days cannot remember it.

I hope the ho's have a good Fourth. It's my favorite holiday of the year.....and listening to the scanner so far this weekend I've heard some pretty stupid shit.

I'm gonna get fucked out of another year of live fireworks but I can watch stuff on TV. Better than nothing I figure.

In all honesty, it is getting kinda scary not remembering shit. Walk into another room and forget what the hell you went there for in the first place.

    I don't like that.
