New roof, gutters and various sundries (temporary expense - ins covers)
need a new patio set
Need new BR furniture set
Cabinets for the guest/craft room
I'm sure there's more.

Mine was already pretty wet underneath...

Apparently the last concrete guy that put in a perforated flexpipe for the gutter drain wasn't too bright (I didn't know they used perforated, I thought it drained into the ground et the end, past the slab.)

This is a 16x32 driveway. And the soil is mostly clay so not draining well. They're going to have to let it dry and it will still need some road base (that's costing me extra).

Turns out the pipe wasn't perforated and did already dump a foot out into the space between properties.

Pour is now Wed at 0600

Ya'll will be happy to know I got my bike running. I have like a litter of motorcycle batteries on my garage floor.

As I am a bit fatter than before, I also have a new jacket, helmet, and gloves (fuck my lower body.)
