Doing the math.... I have about $200 to build out the lower... The KX3 is going to be the death of me...
Well, it would be pretty easy. If you are keeping it with the same look... Mid length rails, 16" barrel with a thread on shroud that goes back and under the rails. Put an F93 Ergo stock, and one of the less expensive billet lowers right now... Ya, pretty easy.
It's gona take more roofies than that to take me down...
These are going for $250 currently:
Lower receiver $250
Upper barreled complete receiver $650
Rail system $120
Stock $170
Comm buffer tube, buffer, and spring $50
Lower parts kit $150
Barrel shroud $60
$1450 delivered for all of the above, and that was a quick search. Then, you can save a little on the stock, non name brand rail, and probably find a cheaper complete upper.... again, I just did a fast search. With some shopping, you could get that price to around $1200 and have an AR that looks damn close to AAC's.
