    Gonna use 3 weeks for that and cash in whatever else I have for some extra $$$ when I'm there..

    I'll end this year w/ 7 weeks.. even though I'm planning on taking a few days off for random shit.

    Oh.. I have 4 weeks sick time too.. sadly.. my HR nazi won't let me use that as vaca time.. but I can 'sell' it back as well.

    If OT counted towards vaca/sick.. I could easily acrue 12 weeks a year.
