I could have sworn that way back when, before those laws were passed/enacted, they read that you could sell those firearms/mags out of state, but just couldn't sell them in-state. It's ridiculous that you can't sell them at all just because someone wants to feel good and they'll feel safer with only 15rds as opposed to 16rds or more.

I'm not admitting anything. Just that I would have preferred a 229. The fact that JM sold me something when I came home on leave and has been holding it is irrelevant.

I CAN sell it out of state... I've thought about putting it on Gun Broker... But, when it REALLY comes down to it... I don't want to sell it. If anything, I'll just take my law immune ass down to Neve's and order a Gen 4 17... By the time it comes it I'll have the $525 saved up.... Ya know, since the back order list is MONTHS long...

Hell, Glock Days might roll around again before the back order is filled... I'll just go buy one there... Then, when my back order is filled, I'll have two 17s plus my grandfather's 17... Which would make THREE Glock 17s in my household....
