Well I am slightly over weight yes. Hahahaha. Real mature.

Other than a bit of mixed training, I'd hardly consider myself a "fighter", but there was a time when I was about 165 solid, doing weighted dips with 70lbs dumbbells, and pullups with 50's, the meat heads would look, and that was a great feeling. Come to think of it, that was only a couple years ago. I need to put in some work and get back there!

Hell man, and there's dudes that I train with that are effin ripped and can fight. I meant the dudes that can bench 400 pounds that think they can fight. Oh nuh uh!

Hurley...I might be one of the strongest, tall and skinny, 47 year old dudes that you'll ever meet. (when I have two good arms, I mean).... You can pick the biggest monster in the room, give him some wrenches and tell him to get a bolt as tight as he can.....I'll get it loose with the same tools.

Strength is not equal to bulk, speed is not equal to size, determination is not equal to complacency....and some other shit.
