The daily load out for class. I used most of these items every day of training.
From left to right, top to bottom, the items are:
larue rifle, magazines, LMT rifle (with bipod and sling)
cold weather top and bottoms, brown bag to hold extra ammo, backpack, shemagh, water bottle
cleaning kit, rear bag, play book, kestrel, surefire ear pro, 2x hard ear pro, big black marker, red/blue flashlight, notebook, gloves
battle belt (stripped down to minimum), borka torque tool kit, kobalt tools for bigger things.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
thanks for showing us that belly
a few of those things go with me to the range but i just schlep them from the car to the bench - i don't have to hump them all over the place b/c my range doesn't allow that movement
i'd like to find someplace that allows that movement w/o freaking out the locals
How would Pawnee be for rucking in to your shooting spot? or perhaps some public land in the mountains once the roads get rebuilt.
i know one place in the mtns where i might be able to get away with it - looking back when i was there last i should have gone for it - i was the only person in that entire valley all day - just me and the mooses
Our farthest foot travel was about 3k, total. Our fastest foot travel was running speed at the last event of the last day. It had a time limit of 8 minutes. There was also climbing a rope and jumping over a sewer pipe, then crawling through a different concrete pipe. There was no actual sewage in the pipes.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
Id love to do a hike and shoot.
