Yeah, getting a carseat into a lifted truck is a huge PITA.

Gah, I can't fix the link. But if you put "AT-15B58C09" into Auto trader. You will find my truck I would INSTANTLY buy if I won the lotto.

However, I have no low windows in my house where I can lay down and aim the scope out of them to focus on something. The longest "hallway" so to speak in my house where I can look unobstructed is about 30ft. Do I use that and just aim at a tiny dot on the wall, or hop in the garage, hide behind a box (so i'm not visible by passers by), open my garage door and dry fire towards the mountains that are about 1kft away.

Professional Instruction - Who's this "Uncle Sam" guy you speak of? How much are his classes?
yeah, I lean on a folding table where I can aim at my back yard neighbors about 400m away.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.

notice that I get lined up from the feet, then knees, then hips.... All the while adjusting the natural point of aim. Then a couple dry fires. Then load and shoot.

Ah, gotcha. I've got a countertop in my kitchen that looks out to the backyard and have used that before, but it doesn't really allow me to dry fire in the prone position.
