And awesome, you'll have to post about those Howard Leight earmuffs. Like I said in the buyer intel thread, I've had them in my amazon shopping cart for a long time but haven't ever pulled the trigger. I'm afraid that I'll do it and then get spoiled.

eta: On the flip side, I think after I get my rifle, I'm going to start saving for a suppressor. My first can. Assuming, that is, that the local CLEO will sign off on it where I'm moving at the end of this year or early next, which I got word Tuesday is officially the case.

I'm right handed, left eye dominant. I can shoot a pistol right handed but rifle has to be left.

Pistol is mostly just draw and natural reflex. My right hand assumes responsibility. I'm not into any sort of run n gun but do want to get my ccw this year.

Also I'm NOT that sort of lefty!

the olympic's start tonight

I didn't even know this until today. I've always been excited by the olympics in the past, but this year, I just can't devote enough care to the matter - too much other stuff going on.

Also, I am kind of expecting a bunch of world-class athletes to get blown up in some stupid terror attack.

Go for e-file on a trust. Faster time to pending = less time until its in hand. Mine has a "4 month wait, worst case" from the NFA branch.
