Inspection problems, it's a deal breaker if they don't fix some stuff or seriously drop asking price.
On the positive side, life is generally sucking....so everything is normal I guess.
Who the fuck was it that asked me to be part of this circus we call living?.... I think a stern talking to is in order.
Deduct cost of repairs from sale price, it's done all the time. UNLESS you are going FHA / VA. Then it needs to be repaired prior to closing. The fix this haggle that is the norm. We're on our 4th house, by #2 we had most of the game figured out.
