I've no doubt that he'll be trained properly.

We're in the process of prepping our house to get it listed, moving definitively in October (that's right, 1 month after the baby is due and we're moving across the country, should be fun and fast)

Ouch. Luckily, the project is allowing us to wait until after she's due for the move, but they want me out there almost immediately after. In fact, on Tues they tried to get me to go down to Chile for an engineering run on the telescope for 5 days with our due date right in the middle. I was like "nope, not gonna happen". after an email later to explain, they all agreed. But we will be moving end of october, then I turn around and fly down to chile for about 10 days leaving my wife and 2mo old in a new city/house alone lol.
