    Just your lower half. take the hottest shower you can stand, and then turn it up more. "let the heat out" and it wont be as painful

    Is that like when someone asks for computer advice, and someone comes on and says, "Oh just delete your system 32 files." which will destroy their hard drive?

    no it's legit. Learned it from a buddy who lived in vegas and didn't trust him, but said screw it and tried it. Been doing it for years and tell everyone I can about it.

    you'll still hurt some, but it's not as bad. Once I take the shower, I don't even use aloe, it's bearable pain
