    Roof is alright, I'm sure they will replace it tho, the metal patio is toast and I had a few broken windows

    You bet. Actually had a storm last week that hit Cimarron. 10" in 2-3 hours. Major flooding in the town. We filled approx 4000 sandbags that night. Fun times. Now I get to deal with DHSEM and FEMA trying to get funding.

    Left Denver a few years ago and came back to the homeland. Miss the restaurants, but you can't beat living in the middle of nowhere and shootin off the back porch.

    I went propanel around the same time I changed the siding. Stands up to the winds down here much better. Just had to do a modified screwing pattern. (twice as many screws)
