    All day, last I heard.

Would be cool if someone could get to work on the "Two day Friday" concept, and help to get it implemented as well. The familiarity of the Thursday/ Friday program would change to the Friday/ Friday set up, and we could all just jump to 3 day work weeks and four day weekends instead of the traditional 5/2 horseshit deal.

$27K starting price tag. Looked at them tuesday for some land out west. I'd drop 2 single wides, still have $20K left over.

I know HB don't give a shit, but reality should creep in soon. . There is no NFA in CA. You move, sell or put in to storage in CO

The starting price tag is $0 when you build it yourself (or the price of whatever trailer you decide to build it on). I think shipping containers are a great idea, but not sure how that works out as far as being over a certain square footage to avoid county minimums. However, shipping containers are cheap enough that it probably wouldn't be as big of a deal to start with a few of them to get over the county minimum.

Shipping / Conex containers are not considered a permanent structure. Same for pole barns / steel buildings. A wood frame unit is considered a permanent structure requiring a permit for anything over 120 sq ft (weld cty) . Now you can build one keeping it on a trailer or mobile home frame. Those are considered motor vehicles since there is a VIN Tag for the frame. Ins can be higher as interest rates if you want to borrow against. BUT property taxes are cheaper based on vehicle year. I know 2 families that purchased land with mobile homes. Both did very nice additions to the unit (wood frame} on foundation. By keepin the axles on the mobile home taxes were still cheaper, than if built on permanent wood frame.

The tax folks spend more time figuring ways to fuck the tax payer. It's confusing without knowing the permit fees and zoning for the area you want to build on.
