got the lee decapper myself, and they claim lifetime warrant on the pin. Ever try one? I bought a small single stage just to decap, etc. helps me avoid real work too.

Broke/bent/busted both a Lee .223 and .308 die set. I love the Lee FC die and that's about it. switched to RCBS and seem to have better luck. The stuck case was totally my bad. I may pickup a decapping only die so I can decap before tumble. I really want to get setup for wet tumble as my walnut media never seems to do much on the inside of the cases or primer pockets if I retumble after decapping/sizing. Cleaning up after media tumble is the only part of this reloading stuff I despise.

Nice, what did you shoot it out of?
Most of it was filthy dirty suppressed brass from the Sig 716. Damn thing still isn't running right - overgassed I believe. I tried to polish the chamber a little myself so hopefully I didn't mess it up worse. I have a very odd ring on the brass coming out of that gun.

have you made your own BLK cases yet by reforming 5.56?

Not yet, just getting into 300BLK. I have one 16" DD Upper I just picked up in the TP for cheap with 100rds supersonic 110gr, a couple boxes fo 220gr sub, and parts for a 9" AAC build on the way. I need to finish that other Form1 that's sitting in draft.

I should setup the .45ACP die and load up the few hundred cases I have prepped.

    Anything to avoid work.
I ended up getting 220 od pieces of 308 all done, primed and ready to load dev.

Was this storm some sort of surprise to DOT? Everybody off for holiday?

Drove 45 miles before I saw a plow and it was headed up the ramp to E 470 from I76. Drove another 15 miles until I saw one actually plowing a public highway.

The company likes it because it saves them a small amount of labor not having to break/cut it down(I do it after hours) to fit in dumpster. Each container load will fill the 3 yard dumpster and costs $75 to empty.

The ultra liberal environmentalist business owners next door to our slab yard give me thumbs up because I told them I haul it off for recycling. Did not tell them I burn it for heat, but discovered later they don't cry too much over fireplaces/stoves.
When I first moved back down here, I got some work building a solar plant. The crates of brackets came from thePhilipines. Turns out all the crates were made of scrap mahogany. 1x3 six footers. Made some very nice shelves in the house, and I still got a couple hundred board feet left in the barn. Couldn't bring myself to burn this stuff, but any other scrap, pallets, or salvage are all BTU's to me. Most of this winter, my house has been heated by pieces of some old barns from Philmont Scout Ranch. 70 year old rough sawn lumber burned really well.

About 3-4" here. Warm enough that the roads are clearing nicely but it is snowing heavy again. Big wet flakes. Click image for larger version.
