To answer your question directly: No, I really wouldn't want to be there at night. Not because I'm worried that I'd have to pee on myself to avoid getting raped, but I just don't know the area that well. I drive through there all the time in daylight and it doesn't look too bad, but I don't know if there are any drug problems or late night crime syndicates running out of the gas station on the corner.
