Little story.... I nearly completed a 48hr fast..... I got to 40hrs. Broke it about 30min ago. It's a record for me.

Thanks! I could've reached my goal but have to pick kids up from school.... And I was starting to see stars in my peripheral vision. Maybe next week. Also I drank a large amount of water. Did learn more about my body, which was cool.

Was your fast planned? 4 days is damn impressive.

Nope i just go for it, did it 4 yrs in a row. I knew the time frame but didn't do anything out of the ordinary, besides a major helping of pasta / carbs the night before, light break fast then no more from noon on. You need to be away from the outside pollution of the masses and any form of communication. Also letting people know where you will be.
