    Needed a good laugh about now anyways with this funeral tomorrow. I hope we can get through all the important stuff without monsoon rains making everything so much nicer for the experience.

    Services for G'mom today were very tastefully done, a lot of work went into it from all my uncles and aunts (and spouses), and it paid off with how well everything went. I was proud to participate and help carry her to her final destination. I kept it together too, which was nice.

    Interestingly enough, when the funeral procession arrived at the cemetery, the rain broke......and resumed when the services had been completed. Maybe she pulled a string or two for us? A friend of the family was there to play the bagpipe, and he did an awesome job. She was of Scottish decent.
