And nothing personal, but I'm doing everything imaginable to NOT still be here in a year... Realistically, I think it'll take two years, but I WILL get out of CA before the end of my 4 year assignment here.

Yeah, some freeze dried stuff...great reviews on taste and 25 yr. storage life. Really starting to look at a lot of things closely and start making some decisions, and take some steps in that direction.
