    Got called up to the first trial. Circuit court, criminal, 3 day trial. I was seated in the "First choice" section where it was pretty obvious you were gonna be one of the lucky 13 out of 40. When they called out the names of those chosen after the 2 hours, everyone around me was picked but me.

    You know what got me off the trial?

    "What bumper stickers do you have on your car" from the defense. "I have a Colorado AR-15 shooting club sticker" (even though it's a shall not be mentioned version) followed by furious writing by the defense attorney. I'm serious...
