    I use the heads, shells and tails to make stock. Combine them with leftover lobster shells, crab leg shells or crawfish shells and you get a good soup base waiting for rice noodles, veggies and seafood.

    I've never eaten a shrimp tail shell in my life. It always pissed me off that shrimp came shelled, cleaned, devained, but left the tail on. If I'm going to have to de-tail each piece, might as well not do anything at all. Putting shrimp in soup is especislly annoying. I guess I'll have to give it a try. Can't be any worse in your mouth than Capt'n Crunch I guess.

    The tails act as a handle, if you take them off how will you hold them?

    I think GloRida needs to use a stick on him more often. Beat him into a straight line.

    and it's easy to just pinch the rest out into what ever soup, salad, mouth, cocktail, etc.
