I don't know why, but for that one moment I got you confused with crays who lives down south. I'd assume Parker is probably an easier stop for you. I'm just a few blocks off Parker Rd or Pine Drive on Rustic.

While I've been working mostly from home during the week unless I have to fly, I've got a new gig that will likely take me out Mon/Wed now. Drive up into Cherry Creek is gonna suck.

Thanks guys, I haven't heard anything today about an offer, but I'm a hoping and prayin' I'll hear this couple wants to move forward with it.

I don't remember if I mentioned it or not, but I did hear about the "St. Joeseph in the yard trick" so I did that a few weeks back.

Working some stuff out, I've figured out that I can rob some retirement money without any tax penalties and still swing that AZ pad. Might have a stretch where I'm paying two mortgages and I can manage that for a few months, but not like SIX or something like that. Sell the house and put the money back into the retirement. Stay here at my job for another year and a half and just bank my salary as much as possible. Go to AZ once every couple of months and fix a few things up ahead of time...like the kitchen for instance. Start there I guess.

No texture, but lucky me the finish in the rest of the house is like a heavy hand texture. It's very easy to replicate since it's pretty much just poor drywalling as far as a pattern/style goes.
