USPS tracking is like tracking Santa?s sleigh. I once had a package coming from Kansas arrive in Denver, then it went to Salt Lake City, then to some place in Montana, then back through Salt Lake City before arriving at my house. At least according to their tracking. I kind of believe it though since the item I ordered showed up about eight days after it shipped from Kansas.

I sold a Benchmade recently, and USPS did something similar, despite the buyer having the same tracking info as I did, he was still sweating me about the delay, what a pain in the ass, which is one of the reasons shipping is a last resort for me.

Sent a package from Denver to Augusta, GA. USPS Priority Mail with Tracking.
It spent 3 weeks in the Atlanta, GA, sorting center???????
Arrived in time for Christmas though.
