    Never had the gen 1. I know the V.2 is easy enough to do with a dremel & flat file.

    The V1 you actually have to mill the back rails, v2 has metal insert. Dremmel and file is how i did the v2, the mill looked better on the v2 but I figired it was easy enough without it.
