    I defy the law of gravity every day just by getting out of bed. This morning I wish I could have kept obeying the law.

    Did some physical stuff yesterday and am reaping the rewards.

    Workin' on some coffee waiting for my morning meds to kick in. Mornin' folks and Holiday weekend happy TGIF.
