I had a misunderstanding with the loan lady somehow......platinum credit and 29 years at the same job, still isn't as good as the $25,000 down money they want.
Probably won't be going anywhere until this place is under contract. FHA loan is only 3-1/2% down, so about 8 to $10,000....I can do that. I'm waiting on a call back from either the lender or the agent.
Oh well.
If I didn't have shit luck, I wouldn't have any at all.

Based on the housing market, IF you had the time, i'd suggest doing a FSBO sale. Puts an easy $5-8K in your pocket. if you do have a contract oh well.

No contracts with anyone...but the dude has more time than me to find what the hell I'm interested in moving into. Of the homes he was gonna show me today!...two were already under contract. The current market is messed up for buyers if you don't have the ability to pounce on something immediately....on top of every mls that pops up in real time.
Thanks OBC.I really take pride in my work and it's nice when I can finish a project without many major hiccups. It doesn't happen often.
