    I've been putting a single shake of cayenne pepper into the coffee machine before brewing. Try it out.

    Morning fellers... I can't pass up a philly steak sandwich, that's for damn sure.

    Interesting idea, Irving..on the coffee.

    Gotta run to the store for some ingredients I don't have for making a sausage rigatoni bake recipe I'm gonna try tomorrow. I'll report on the yummyness factor if it's worth recommending.

    I did that in college to stay awake at 2am. It worked for a while.

    I dig how Irving is looking out for all of us..

    Got all my stuff for the Baked pasta with sausage and spinach hoo ha.

    rigatoni pasta
    pecorino romano
    ricotta
    shredded mozzerella
    spicy italian sausage
    garlic
    spinach

    Should be pretty yummy.
