Been getting scouted by another organization. Told them I needed a certain amount over what I'm currently getting to defect (15%). Been bugging me for months on getting more info out of me. Today I talked to a person over there and they hinted at an offer that was less than half of what I told them I needed. I guess my decision has been made for me. Although I'll probably wait until the formal offer.
