    Seriously, I noticed the heater coming on less when it was still winter.....and I don't have to have the a/c on near as much when it gets as hot as it did today.


    Aaaaaaand........Good Morning everyone..

    Last night/this morning had a lot of cardio vascular again. I like cardio vascular exercise

    House is clean, lawn is mowed, brisket is in the Pit Barrel Cooker and chicken wings are in their marinade. So ready for the family Father's Day backyard bbq...just awaiting some more family members
