    Keep it up!

7 days is physical, the rest is just your mind fucking with you.

stay busy with other things, don't drink alcohol! For me, that was always what got me back on the smokes, just one you know? Once after quitting for 6 months. Still mad at myself for that one.

Smoking cost me more than you can ever imagine...

Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

Not drinking alcohol isn't gonna happen. I totally know what you're talking about, but One thing at a time, right? I have it in my mind right, and that's the most important thing. I don't feel like unleashing on anyone, that wouldn't be cool anyways. I certainly have those driving thoughts of running to 7-11 and grabbing a pack, .........but I have successfully denied those urges thus far. I'm loaded up on patches and gum, and it's working....and I'm thankful. I always thought to myself that I'd quit when I was 50....that's next month.

But on a new mission to clean house, throwing "usefull" stuff out, need to serioudly declutter.
Yep,... it's hard to decide to pitch something that you know you saved for a reason.

I actually appreciate the sarcastic view that you have. I have made some feeble attempts at quitting previously, but I was careful this time about saying anything about it in a post until I felt that it was going well, and it is. I believe that you probably care if I'm successful at this.

I admit that I go from "freaking out" to "everything is okay". It's a weird deal, but I'm rolling with the swings and staying on top of them, and telling them to fuck off. It's working.

12 steps, 13 steps, riding an escalator or elevator, this treatment, that option.......... It all starts with you.
