Well the state tried to keep people out that didn't buy habitat stamps...that got overturned. The properties are supposed to be used for wildlife recreation. So as long as they say they were out looking at birds or training the dog to hunt...they can do whatever they want.

There is a bill in either Washington or Seattle that will charge people purchasing outdoor equipment for increased taxes, UNLESS you have a current game license to prove that you've already paid increased taxes. I guess it's pretty much DOA. At least someone put one on the table.

Of course, even had people make comments that I shouldn't be hunting and those poor animals when they were in the SWA or other public lands during hunting seasons. One was even fishing. Glad my fees can improve their hiking grounds.
