Based on how fast you've progressed in the short time you've been shooting. Doubt you'll have an issue. It's competitive but also a learning experience and fun.

It's my understanding that women tend to be better at shooting post-instruction because they are willing to listen to instruction and apply it as taught.

Jesus. I haven?t met a woman yet that was very capable of taking instructions.

    Fucked up day.

    Got a title.

Dad looks like shit, I doubt he'll be alive in a year from now.

Those of you who might have a funk with your folks, I'm sorry. I know what that's about.

I was closer to my GF's parents, and my neighbors in Buie…. Jerry and Claire than I am with either of my parents. It's hard to walk in the door there, or even have a phone call with them. I envy functional "families"... as seriously weird as that is to say.

I believe the rule is don't try to teach your wife or daughter.

    Rofl!

That is exactly what I say when I watch men stammer & hem-haw, trying to say something to me. Its excruciating to watch.

I nip it by saying 'Hold that thought...,' look them in the eye & shift slightly to make sure I have their gaze/attention & I then say 'I am not your wife or girlfriend, as lovely as I'm sure she is, stop trying to talk to me like I'm her, please.'

Not going to reply. Not because of why you may think, but because I make everything an inappropriate sex joke.

Once there was this dude who was so frustrating I couldn't stand it anymore & I said:

We're not ever going to shag so stop talking to me like you're afraid I'm going to take away your p*ssy privileges. You'll never get access, understood?

The room got extra quiet & then my best friend started laughing so hard he fell over for dramatic effect & everyone else joined in. Apparently they all knew the guy was a serious creeper, would relentlessly hit on me & they encouraged him all the while knowing i would have none of it. I played the part & wasn't even in on the joke. Guess its not a bad thing to be predictable, in that way.

I think its a little more complicated than that.

When it comes to shooting guys tend to (and no, not all guys):
    1. Have bad habits from doing it before
    2. Already know because just like anything else that a "real man" should know - they know
    3. Try to run before they can walk - skip the basics and go straight to what they want to do

I can say that of the people I teach, the females tend to make more progress.
