The swelling is trauma to the bursa and the bursa is what is producing the fluid. Doc had seen it quite a bit with soldiers running and dropping to a knee. He said the worse thing to do would be to open up the knee. I've got a compression brace coming today. Looks like at least a partial tear of the quadriceps tendon. The MRI should figure out the extent of the damage.

Hope that swelling goes down, bursa pain is an ass.

Well no range day today, just too many odds and ends. Bummer.

Oh snap. Put my old compressor out on Craigslist and it sold in 1/2 hour for full asking. I priced it above the the crappy old ones but below the "3 months on CL price" Luck and good pricing.

    Quiet compressor here I come.

Probably doesn't warrant its own thread. I pretty much phoned in Halloween this year but knocked out some stuff for my daughter's costume. She was in charge of the clothing stuff, and for her first time, she did pretty well. I was in charge of getting her the elements (glass vials of certain metals) and glass daggers.

Originally for the daggers I made all these octagonal drawings with plans to glue pieces of plexiglass together to make what amounts to a hollow sai. Once the first piece of plexiglass shattered apart in my saw, I just decided to glue a bunch of pieces together and grind/cut out the daggers. I glued a piece of sheer material in the very center for some texture, but the glue made enough texture on it's own. I could try and polish them up some more, but I've got other things to do.

When I was in Germany, a coworker's Korean wife used to make these for us all the time.
Thanks to the mandoo thread, we got the CJ mandoo from costco.
    Sam's also sells frozen mandoo.

    [Rant]

I think Ford vs Ferrari movie would be so stupid that I would rather watch a porn on a website full of malware/viruses/spywares.

It is just part of stupid ass 24hr lemans and not even top FIA level race. Stupid ass ford or cosworth ford has no play in big dog races.

I mean I like Niki Lauda and that movie Rush, but the storyline was stupid by making nobody James Hunt as a major character. Crazy.....

As for that being said, I would NOT buy a new ford for a decade (2019-2029).

    Btw.. happy halloween!

The whole premise is pretty ridiculous. Ford, versus, Ferrari? Yeah, no.
