    Uffda mega.

Not sure I can answer that last question without writing a novel... & I'm still processing -- something specific you're looking for me to say ?
Sounds like you need a few sponsors

MEMO: to self. when you have dr apt's, don't schedule all of them "first thing in the morning, if possible"

    In a way I am.

Ive had so many people loan me items to try that I've had to make a list just to keep it all straight. The generous favors really have made a difference in helping me narrow down my choices to a final few & saved me from spending a lot of money just to find out a particular item is not right for me.

Can't say enough about how kind the shooting community is, truly.

Nothing in particular, just your impressions.

Oddly the stage that gave me the most trouble was the 400 & under. I missed small so I might have forgot to adjust my parallax because it seems silly for me to miss anything that close in. Or maybe there was something else outside my experience that I didnt recognize, idk. Unfortunately, there's no extra shots allowed on the course, even after its all done, so I might never know for certain. I'll spend the time & rounds to double check my data for those distances later this week just to verify its good. Expect Ill learn something from that too.

I did pretty well my first time out to this flavor of match. Really enjoyed the course. Seemed pretty special to me & I wonder just how many places there are like it. Not many I imagine, but I wouldn't know. Makes all the difference when your data is gtg, which mine was golden after my class the previous weekend with Colorado Precision Rifle @ BSR. Brian Whalen really helped me put the bits of info I had together & build up more from there... anyhoo... its Virginia count on the clock so your best guess is the only one you get. Trigger time & good data records are next. Im @ 430 rds on my first bolt gun so Im pretty dang pleased I could shoot 36 points when the match was won with 51 points with only 60 possible. I can do better. Its really hard & it also kind of wasn't -- might be my thing & ill just have to see how it goes.
Sorry this is late in the thread, but I'm behind and am just catching up. Sounds to me like you did very well. I'd feel like a fish out of water. From what I understand, Whittington is top-notch, so that alone would make it special to me. Nice shootin' and thanks for sharing!

Truth. Only advantage is that it gives the Dr. less opportunity to 'get behind' in their schedule.

No doubt, but Safeco was quite a bit less for better coverage than Allstate and State Farm. Will have to revisit the property insurance though because the little cabin almost doubled beginning later this month. We've caught agents before sneaking in unwarranted rate increases and it always costs them our business.
