I was more physically fit in high school than I ever was. I have gained a lot more beef since then, but traded it slowly for less, um, what's the word, fluff? I went from 4.3% body fat to now probably about 10 - 15% easy. Gained 100 lbs though.I have some of me in high school I could post too. I was ripped!! Weight training 3 times a week!
