    Well buying a house and they built a garage.. and didn't run power to it.

    I already knew i'd need a garage door opener.. now I need power!

    I should just keep renting.. the joys of home ownership indeed!

    But then i'll also need some other stuff done.. ceiling fans and what not.. i prefer to let you sparkys play w/ the sparky stuff...

    Don't close till the 13th... sooo.. won't really have access to it till then.. but yeah i'm gonna need stuff done...

    Oh come on now, you are already getting the rest done on it, just attach it. Marlin has the part covered that I don't, well, and plumbing. Other than that, I have foundations, framing, and the roofing that would need to be done covered for ya!
