    Getting busy already.
But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever.

Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles. --Jeff Cooper"

I used Yeungling, because I had just picked up a 12pk and was in the process of drinking my last Modelo Especial while cooking.

Tell you what, there are few things I like better than a good batch of Jambalaya. Lucky for me I had enough left over for 2 more meals. And Jambalaya is a lot like chili...tastes even better the next day!

If you're looking for a good batch of Jambalaya and don't want to spend a bunch of time cooking, get a box of Zatarain's Jambalaya mix; add in a cut up, cooked chicken breast and at least half of a Hillshire Farm smoked sausage. Use beer instead of water, and then jazz it up with some Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning. Just watch how much Tony's you use, because that stuff has quite a bit of salt in it.

Sorry, Monky. Ask not the question you don't really want to hear an answer to!

Yes but knowing you're working a 12hr shift and being prepared is different than thinking you were going to be home by 6..

Yeah, when I'm home we always work 12's.

When I'm deployed, we actually (usually) work a little less than we do at home. But it depends on if the plane(s) is behaving or not.
