it was a pretty good time this afternoon... you all missed out. There was a guy who was measuring out the distance to the targets he was placing out there with kite string. That was pretty funny....

Yes it was a good time.Always nice to learn something.Which leads me to want to take up some classes.This ole dog is a bit rusty and needs to brush up!
Considering the lack of any real rangetime out in NY i forgot all the principles of mils and moa.We just used Long Island windage bak east..

I'm still trying to figure out the exact math of what a .400" group from 50 meters equates to at 100 meters..... Damn trigonometry!

I mean, is it something so simple as making triangles, and then figure out the sides of it from ther? Or do I actually have to use the circular angles because MOA is an angular measurement?

Now that just hurts my simple mind,it sure does get confusing when you think about it logicly.So much to learn..
